  1. CBS:Allow SIVC:Disable SIVC
  2. This version of NetPresenz uses the University of Texas's Simple Internet Version Control (SIVC) system.  NetPresenz can periodically check in with the SIVC server over the Internet and inform you when new versions are released.  This also allows me to estimate the number of people using NetPresenz (the server counts how many copies of NetPresenz check in each week).  No information about you (email address, etc.) is sent.  You can disable or enable SIVC via the FTP Setup window at any time.  For more information about the SIVC system, contact Chris W Johnson <chrisj@mail.utexas.edu>.
